The following is our store's specific return and exchange policy:

 

1. 30-Day Return
We adopt a 30-day return and exchange policy, starting from 30 calendar days from the date of order delivery. That is, you can initiate a return or exchange request within 30 days of receiving the goods.

We recommend that you check the goods immediately upon receipt. If there are any defects, damage, or if you received the wrong goods, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the problem and resolve it properly.

 

2. Send Email Before Return
Before initiating a request, please contact us via online service or send an email to tangtroveshop@gmail.com. The information must include: the product order number, a detailed explanation of the reason for the return or exchange, and at least two product photos.

We will reply to your message within 24 business hours with specific processing instructions.

 

3. Return the product
We adhere to the principle of "whoever is responsible pays the return shipping costs": 

If you return a product because you don't like it/no longer want it, you will bear the return shipping costs, and the returned item must be in its original condition as received, unworn or used, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging.

Please note that items returned without prior request for return will not be accepted.

4. Refund

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund as soon as possible. If approved, we will automatically refund you via your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or credit card company may also need some time to process and credit the refund.

If you have not received your refund more than 10 business days after your return request was approved, please contact us through our online customer service or email tangtroveshop@gmail.com.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

Some types of items are non-returnable, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), customized items (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products).

We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we also do not accept returns of gift cards.
