Good kit for DIY wiring connection and projects for low voltage applications good for car lights and other things . They are waterproof as when wire goes through the rubber gaskets it creates a seal . Also have a rubber gasket in between the plugsand thats the only low point of them at the moment as you can see when you pull them apart the seal is coming off and you might drop or lose it just keep that in mind .But other then that it looks good plastic feels fine and functional it snaps in and stays locked in place .Very good deal for the price and amount you get.

These connectors are of very high quality. It looks like they can sustain submerging for some time. All ends of the connectors are securely sealed. Pins are plated and should withstand wet environment for a while. Note that these connectors are meant for low-voltage, like in automobiles. I use them to restore an old Chevy truck.To crimp these connectors you would need a special crimping tool that squeezes the pin from multiple sides. Alternatively one can solder it, but that takes more time.

These 2 pin Deutsch style connectors are as good as any that I have ordered and used in the past. The connector bodies are cleanly molded and the supplied pins are exactly the same as every other connector I have installed. All the parts snap together as expected and make for a nice weather tight connection. These are my "go to" connector since I was introduced to them and it's nice to be able to order smaller quantities like this since I often make many 2 wire connections.

I bought this to rebuild a collection after some mod/repair. Physically, the connector looks like all other Deutsch Electrical Connector, so no worry about fitting. All your pin extractor or installation tool will work fine.I haven't really test it enough to comment on durability or to see if it will survive the temperature or environment. However, these are so common place now so I think these will do fine. Given for its cost, I won't mind replacing it for it would only last half as long as a proper Deutsch Electrical Connector.

These plugs and receptacles are a decent clone of Deutsch products. All parts were included, except for the removal tool mentioned in the item description. I can't say for sure whether these will work with real Deutsch connectors, or if you'd be forced to replace both sides in a repair situation due to compatibility issues. The biggest difference I notice between these and the brand-name connectors is that these do not have numerical markings for the pins inside. It's also worth considering that it's very hard to get a good solid crimp connection on these using pliers, because the pins and sockets are so small. You're WAY better off if you have the right crimping tool, which presses in from 4 sides to lock the pins onto the wire ends.

Good small kit of clone Deutsch connecters. Enough parts are included for 5 connections. The pins and sockets fit together tight and are not loose. Make sure you have a good crimper to crimp the pins and sockets correctly. Good quality for a lower price.

I normally don't write product reviews, but these have held up great since I put them on. Used them for my wiring harness on my Harley, which obviously vibrates a lot,I have ridden in rain several times, as well. Connections have remained very secure and water tight.

Seems to be close to, if not, OEM quality at a decent price. All necessary locking plugs and pins are present. The gaskets feel like a good quality silicone. Does not come with any white pins to block any unused holes, if for some reason not all three wires slots are used. Highly recommend for wet applications.

These Deutsch DT style connectors work equally well with other Deutsch OEM connectors. The electrical pins fit are a nice tight snug fit and the connector body is strong and again compatible with OEM connectors.The primary thing I don't love about the kit is the mounting bracket it is very loose and why only 2 for a kit of 5 connectors. Last but not least the case provided is poor at best, lets be honest its just a storage case there is nothing wrong with the connectors so not a big deal.Price wise I find these well priced (at time of review ~$17 CAD)

I unpacked this kit and found all five sets complete with pins, seals, and housings, ready for crimping without any missing pieces. The waterproof design looked solid, with tight-fitting rubber grommets that snapped in easily, and I tested one on a truck wiring harness and it worked perfectly. The terminals crimped cleanly using my standard tool, no bending or loose fits.After installing a couple in my vehicle's fog light setup and exposing them to a rainy drive, they held up without any corrosion or shorts over two weeks. They're great for automotive repairs, but the instructions could include more tips for beginners. I'd grab another set for my garage toolkit.

Nice, inexpensive Deutsch style connector kit. It came with everything needed to build five connectors, with a few spare parts. The plastic container could use an upgrade, but it did the job. I'm currently using two of the five connectors on a trailer project where I needed to be able to easily remove a pair of lights, and these worked perfectly.

This is my first time using Deutsch- style connectors and I am impressed with this version. Very sure, tight seal and locking click. Rubber gasket around the connectors. Using these on chase lights on my roof rack for off- road driving. They will be in harsh environments and I'm confident they will stay connected and watertight. I didn't get the crimping tool that a pro would have for these since I only did 2 3-pin connectors (12 pins total, counting male and female sides). I just used the connector crimper of my standard wire strippers. The crimps aren't pretty, but they are true. I'm glad more came in the kit than I needed because I did have to practice crimping before I got it right. Highly recommend for protecting low voltage electrical connections. Some of the pics show the hold- down tab that I have temporarily taped to the connectors to keep track of them while I finish tidying up the wiring run. Those will be good for securing to the roof rack with zip ties.

Nice set of connectors. Work with and are compatible with genuine deutsch connectors. Photo shows genuine vs these. Can't hardly tell the difference. They look great. Great value.
